Refund Policy  
Once purchased, products cannot be returned for a refund.  

Refunds will be processed in the following cases upon the customer's request via phone call, email, or through the order panel:  
• If the cancellation request is submitted before dispatch.  
• If the product has already been dispatched, the refund will be initiated once the product is received at our operations center.  
• If delivery fails or the customer rejects the order, the refund will be processed after the product is returned to our operations center.  
• Certain orders, such as customized products made as per customer specifications, cannot be canceled or refunded.  
• If a transaction fails due to unforeseen circumstances and the amount is debited, please contact us at info@bharatsilverware.in. Upon verification and confirmation of payment receipt, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.  
• In the rare event of an order being lost in transit, we will attempt to track it for 15 days. If the order is located, it will be delivered. If not, the refund will be processed via the original payment method.  
• No other refund requests will be entertained.

Returns Policy 
• We do not accept product returns.  
• However, if the delivered product is damaged or incorrect, customers can contact our customer care team to request a return. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging along with the invoice. If the certicard packaging is opened or tampered with, the return request will not be accepted. Our courier partner will collect the product from the provided address and return it to us.  

If you receive an incorrect product, please reach out to our customer service at 9811925929 or email info@bharatsilverware.in. Upon internal review and validation, you may opt for either a full refund or a replacement with the correct product.
